The Officers of the Board of Directors meet quarterly. Attendance is open to all members and those interested in learning more about the association. Notification of meetings scheduled are emailed to the membership 20 days in advance.

 

A General Membership Annual Meeting is held each year in August. Board elections are held at this time. Election notices are emailed to all membership so those who cannot attend the Annual Meeting can vote via email.

 

Meeting Minutes are sent to each member after the meetings. Contact CHSAA Secretary for information regarding meetings or minutes.
